ZYNC · Reputation Manager AI

Reputation Manager AI for local businesses. Branded QR codes, smart routing and a real-time dashboard to grow Google reviews. At the core is agentic AI that guides setup, contextualizes scans and automates operational work. Zync also sells Easytap, an acrylic counter stand with an NFC tag that opens the Google review page when a customer taps it with their phone.

Outcome. Live product at joinzync.com with dynamic QR infrastructure, real-time analytics, an AI agent in the product flow and the Easytap shop at joinzync.com/easytap.

Impact. Businesses in 40+ countries. Every Easytap tap goes through the Zync link and shows up in the dashboard.

Founder and builder. I handle product, architecture, agentic AI and go-to-market. Zync is the concrete case of the apps I ship end-to-end, software with agents inside rather than just websites.
