# SailForward

Public site for Sail Forward (Palermo), an organisation promoting circular reuse of sails. One page in scope, product-ready in architecture: Next.js with headless Payload CMS for full editor autonomy, MongoDB, media on Cloudflare R2.

Designed and built end-to-end at TALIA: architecture, stack selection, implementation, deployment and documented handoff.

- Outcome: Editors publish autonomously with no developer intervention; a base ready to grow into a product without rework.
