# Fortitudo Agrigento

Official site of the professional basketball club (Italian Serie A2). Next.js SSR for SEO and performance, Payload CMS modeled on sports workflows: match calendar, roster, news and photo galleries managed autonomously by the editorial staff.

Built end-to-end: requirements from technical and marketing staff, Payload data modeling, editorial team training.

- Live: https://fortitudoagrigento.it/
- Outcome: Non-technical staff fully autonomous on content after CMS training; caching for match-day traffic peaks.
- Impact: CMS data modeling built around the real sports calendar: seasonal deadlines, content always up to date.
- Stack: Next.js, Payload CMS, SSR, Sport
